What the Assessment Includes
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): Measures your true calorie needs so fueling supports performance, recovery, and lean muscle — not fatigue or metabolic slowdown.
VO₂ Metabolic Testing: Evaluates how efficiently your body uses oxygen and fuel during exercise to determine conditioning capacity and training zones.
InBody Body Composition Analysis: Assesses muscle balance, inflammation, hydration, and visceral fat so progress doesn’t come at the cost of health or performance.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Measures nervous system balance and recovery capacity, identifying overtraining risk and readiness to adapt.
